Whole30 Granola

Looks like granola . . .
Tastes like granola . . .
Feels like granola . . .
But yet it is grain-free, dairy-free, processed sugar-free, simple and healthy.

Here we go with another Whole30 and Paleo breakfast idea.  You won't believe how easy this is!

Start by placing your fruit in a bowl - the best is blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and bananas, and of course, whatever you have on hand!

Add crumbled up nuts - walnuts and pecans work perfect!

Pour on the coconut milk.  This brand, Aroy-D, is 100% coconut milk, but with a little less fat than some other brands so it doesn't solidify on top.  Just give it a couple shakes, open and pour.  It also comes in smaller size containers so there’s no waste either, and you can order on Amazon!

Breakfast was the hardest one for me during my transition to Whole30.  Breaking the habit of a bread item with my coffee took a couple of weeks.  Of course eggs are wonderful, and there's so many things you can do with them, but every day, really?  This simple twist on granola adds a variety to your morning meal - enjoy!
